Jeffrey G. DiSciullo

DESCRIPTIVE BIO
Mr. DiSciullo has been in private practice for 25 years, representing clients across all regulated energy sectors. He has represented natural gas pipelines before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and federal courts in matters involving rates, tariffs, construction certificates and rulemakings. In addition, Mr. DiSciullo has extensive experience representing electric utilities and was actively involved in the successful formation of a major Regional Transmission Organization under Commission Order Nos. 888 and 2000. Mr. DiSciullo's background also includes representation of oil pipeline and shipper clients subject to regulation under the Interstate Commerce Act.

Mr. DiSciullo has been an invited speaker and has appeared on seminar panels addressing various energy related legal topics.

EDUCATION
Mr. DiSciullo earned his B.A. from the University of Florida in 1976. He received his J.D. from The Catholic University of America in 1984, where he was the recipient of American Jurisprudence Awards in Contracts I, Contracts II, and Creditors Rights.
