DESCRIPTIVE BIO
Mr. Brown joined Wright & Talisman, P.C. on August 25, 2008. His practice primarily consists of the representation of electric, oil, and natural gas clients before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, other federal agencies, and the federal courts. This representation includes work on electric tariff implementation and compliance matters as well as natural gas rate and certificate matters.

EDUCATION
Mr. Brown earned his B.A. in Public Policy Studies from Duke University in 2002. Mr. Brown earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law. While attending law school, Mr. Brown was an Articles Editor for the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law.

BAR/COURT ADMISSIONS
Mr. Brown is a member of the Georgia Bar.  His practice is limited to matters and proceedings before federal courts and agencies.  He is admitted only in Georgia.
